Online payments at LuxFloralis are processed through Stripe, our payment service provider.
Your payment information is transmitted and processed securely. LuxFloralis does not receive or store your full card number.
Which currency can I pay in?
All orders placed with LuxFloralis are charged and paid exclusively in Swiss francs (CHF).
If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may convert the payment and apply its own exchange rate or additional fees.
When is my payment processed?
Your payment is processed when you confirm your order and complete your purchase.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the address provided during checkout.
What should I do if my payment is declined?

Does LuxFloralis store my bank or card details?
LuxFloralis does not receive or store your full card number.
